Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Heaven Sent. We are a mission-driven brand committed to sharing the Gospel through high-quality apparel. To ensure we reduce waste and remain sustainable, we use an "On-Demand" fulfillment system.
1. Fulfillment: When will my order be created?
Because we print each item specifically for you once you place an order, there is a "Fulfillment" period.

Processing Time: It takes 2–5 business days to create your custom apparel and accessories.

Peak Seasons: During holidays, fulfillment can take up to 7 business days.

You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been printed and is ready for shipment.
2. Shipping: How long will it take to arrive?
Shipping time begins after the fulfillment period. We work with global fulfillment partners to ship your order from the facility closest to your address.
Average Shipping Estimates:

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by the weight of the items and the destination.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is "Heaven Sent" (shipped), you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Heaven Sent is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Wrong Address & Missing Packages

Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that the courier deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Lost in Transit: If your package is lost, please contact us no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement to you at no cost.
