Returns & Exchanges

At Heaven Sent, our mission is to ensure you love your faith-inspired apparel. Because each item is printed specifically for you the moment you order it, we operate a lean system that allows us to keep our designs fresh and our waste low.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we will make it right!

  • Please email us at matt@heavensentapparel.org within 30 days of receiving your package.

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • We will send out a replacement to you immediately at no additional cost.

2. Sizing & Buyer's Remorse

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. * To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to the Size Chart located on each product page before placing your order.

  • If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

3. Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is deemed lost, we will ship a replacement to you.

4. Incorrect Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
